Replacement under Dead on arrival / Defective within 15 days of Invoice date.
If product is received in damaged condition or dead on-arrival, please send email to our help desk with below information:
IN case of Damage – Outer carton box showing clearly all the sides of the box
Damaged parts image in 2 or 3 sides showing clearly the damaged portion
Dead on arrival means product either nor powering on or not functioning as per design.
Action: Upon receipt of above information by our helpdesk, it will be reviewed & confirmed for either repair or full unit replacement.
Refunds or Cancellation:
Applicable only if customer claim it prior to shipping of goods.
Once shipped it cannot be cancelled.
In case of order cancellation, then cancellation charges of 20% is leveid on order value and balance is refunded within 7 working days upon receipt of cancel request.
To log service request please follow below procedure:
Mail us the product Model number, serial no along with purchase invoice & date while logging service request.

All faulty product that is received at our service centre, will be repaired and returned within 10 working days.
One way shipping charges are taken care by company.
Upon shipping, Posiflex help desk will share the shipping details to customer and normal delivery period is 3 to 7 working days based on geographical location via road mode.
